This
handheld camcorder stabilizing system has been specifically designed for
camcorders with foldout LCD monitors. Its simple design has brought the cost
of a stabilizing unit down to a price you can afford, yet it is still as
effective as other stabilizers currently on the market. A unique adjustable
pivot cup, with fine trim, enables you to smoothly control the direction of
the camera. Other features include a quick release camera plate with a
greater trim movement to allow for a wide angle lens or larger batteries to
be attached to the camcorder. A selection of counterbalance weights are
supplied for balancing the different weights of camcorder.

BALANCE
CORRECTION ADAPTOR Ideal for DSLR cameras Product code BCA £21.23 exc.vat £24.95 inc.vat When mounting a camera to a stabilizer, ball head or video head it helps if the camera's mounting hole is in the centre of balance. Unfortunately not all camcorder and camera manufacturers put the mounting hole at the centre of balance, which means the camera could be front or back heavy, or the mounting hole could be offset to the side. Larger batteries or interchangeable lenses will also affect balance, this is particularly prevalent with Digital SLR cameras. The Balance Correction Adaptor solves this
problem, as the camera can be moved to the left or right to correct sideways
balance and then one of the six mounting holes can be used to correct the
balance of the camera from being front or back heavy. The adaptor can be
used either way round and is ideal for both camcorders and cameras. |
