The carriage is manufactured by Hague using the new Igus DryLin® W Hybrid Roller Bearings, these bearings have a roller bearing incorporated in the housing, plus a sleeve and require no lubrication. It’s this combination that makes the carriage much easier to slide on the rail. |

The rail is 1000mm long x 80mm wide with both 1/4" and 3/8" mounting holes in the centre and at each end. If the rail is used as an extension to your existing rail, we would recommend that the rail should be supported in the centre to improve stability. |

Silicone Lubricant Spray Product code PPC112 £5.80 exc.vat £6.96 inc.vat Improves performance and ensures smooth movement. Although the track/rail does not require lubrication we have found by using the silicone spray the carriage runs much smoother down the track and it is much easier to push, it also prevents any judder that can be experienced when the load on the carriage is not evenly balanced. The Silicone Lubricant Spray will lubricate, prevent sticking and waterproof mechanical equipment. Because it is a pressurised container we can only supply it within the UK. Contents - 400ml. |

5/8" Camslide Collar Product code 58C £11.50 exc.vat £13.80 inc.vat The 5/8" Camslide Collar enables a light stand to be used to support the track of the Cam-Slide. The collar is supplied with a screw to fasten it to the track, the 5/8" - 16mm. socket can then be used to attach the track to a lighting stand or any device with a 5/8" stud. When used with a DB double ball bracket and SC superclamp, the Cam-Slide could be attached to a table edge or rail making it a very versatile tracking system when there may not be room to mount it on a tripod. |

The Tripod Plate enables the Cam-Slide to be fastened securely to the video head of the tripod as it gives the track a much larger seating area on the tripods camera plate, it also has mounting holes for both 1/4" and 3/8" camera screws which are supplied with most pro-tripods, and it has a hole for the camera plate's locating pin. Using both screws prevent the track from twisting. The Tripod Plate is recessed to lock it onto the track and is held by a single screw. The plate can be used in any of the holes in the track and is compatible with some of the other sliders on the market. |

BALANCE
CORRECTION ADAPTOR Product code BCA £24.00 exc.vat £28.80 inc.vat Ideal for DSLR cameras When mounting a camera to a ball head, video head, stabilizer, jib or crane, it helps if the camera's mounting hole is in the centre of balance. Unfortunately not all camcorder and camera manufacturers put the mounting hole at the centre of balance, which means the camera could be front or back heavy, or the mounting hole could be offset to the side. Larger batteries or interchangeable lenses will also affect the balance; this is particularly prevalent with Digital SLR cameras. The Balance Correction Adaptor solves this problem, as the camera can be moved to the left or right to correct sideways balance and then one of the six mounting holes can be used to correct the balance of the camera from being front or back heavy. The adaptor can be used either way round and the camera plate can also be re-positioned to the left or to the right, giving even more adjustment if required. |
