We are a friendly club open to all those interested in

particularly keen on ideas that we can make into short films that we enter into
local, regional and national competitions. If you are interested in film making,
from preparing a script, learning new techniques or a

for you.

MMM Inter-club Competition
2008/9
This competition involves all the clubs in the Midland Movie Makers; there are 6
rounds with one held at each club at 7.45pm. The host club does not enter a
movie but has the job of judging the 5 movies from the other clubs and choosing
the winner. Points are awarded for 1st. 2nd. and 3rd. Place. At the beginning of
the season we choose 5 movies to represent our club. The club that gets the most
points over the 6 rounds wins the trophy, which is held for one year. This is an
excellent way of
meeting members of other clubs and seeing their films.
